Abraham Gonzalez - Facility Supervisor at Nemours Foundation
Abraham Gonzalez has been in facilites for 30 years. From hospitality, retail, cruise lines and now medical as a Facility Supervisor with Nemours Foundation, he is a man with many skills. Hydraulic systems, HVAC, Plumbing and Welding and Boilers Operation are just a few areas of certification and expertise. He has been a Chief Engineer, Entrepreneur and Director of Operations.
Daniel Hicks - Facilities Manager at VyStar Credit Union
Daniel has worked for VyStar Credit Union as the Facilities Manager going on 14 years. He currently manages over 80 properties, 18 high school branches, over 200+ remote ATM kiosks, and operates as the vehicle fleet manager for the credit union. His saying is he manages all that you can see, touch, and unfortunately smell for the credit union minus IT equipment. He currently serves as the IFMA Jacksonville Education Chair.
Kendell Harper - Facilities Manager at CBRE - McKesson
Kendell has be a Facilities Manager for the past 10 years with over 24 years of IT network and delivery support services. He currently supports 12 McKesson facilities in Florida and South Georgia totaling over 1 million sq. ft. He has managed projects from day to day vendor alignment, small construction buildouts within a existing facility, to large new building construction. Kendell was the FM POC for the New McKesson 125k 4 story LEED/WELL new construction in Jacksonville. He currently serves as the IFMA Jacksonville Treasurer.
Loretta Hartley - Senior Director of Corporate Facilites at PGA TOUR
Loretta is taskes with directing and overseeing all aspects of daily operations of the organization's facilities. She works in conjunction with the Construction and Design Services department on building construction and remodels, acquisitions, tenant improvements, property management and leasing strategy in Northeast Florida. In 2020, transitioned the Ponte Vedra campus from 14 facilities into a new 187,000 sqft Global Home. Currently constructing a 162,000sqft PGA TOUR Studios building adjacent to the Global Home.
Sheila Cribb - Senior Vice President of Global Real Estate Services
Sheila leads the Southeast Region in Portfolio Management and Execution for Global Real Estate Services at Bank of America. As the Real Estate Services Regional Director, Sheila oversees a team that provides and maintains innovative workplace solutions that are safe, engaging and environmentally conscious for employees, customers, clients and shareholders. She is accountable for approximately 10 million square feet in 1,300 facilities across seven states, including admin and wealth sites and ~800 financial centers. Sheila and her team are conceptualizing modern workspaces for the way employees work today and for the future growth of the company. In addition to her core responsibilities, Sheila also serves as the Executive Co-Sponsor for Bank of America’s Military Support & Assistance Group – Jacksonville.
