About the Event
Parking will be on the shoulder of Edgar Street. Carpooling is encouraged. Parking:
Orientation will begin with a prayer and welcome cirlce. If you are not comfortable participating in the prayer, please join in after for our welcome and safety information. Volunteers will be divided into groups and paired with a leader.Orientation:
If you have them, feel free to bring a hard hat, safety glasses, work gloves and basic hand tools, like a hammer, utility knife, speed square, tape measure, pencil, etc. We will have plenty available if you do not have them. Tools & Equipment:
Dress for the weather and wear layers that you can add/remove. Please be sure to wear modest, comfortable clothing that you do not mind getting dirty. Long pants are recommended to minimize splinters and scrapes, but shorts are acceptable. Attire: Sturdy, thick soled shoes that cover your entire foot are required, such as work boots, hiking…
