Bob Dahlstrom is the founder and CEO of Apellix™, which provides tethered software-driven aerial robotics platforms to wash/clean, paint/coat, and perform limited surface preparation. The Apellix platform provides a safer, faster way to clean industrial assets, infrastructure, and commercial properties such as warehouses, apartments, hospitals, etc. They do the dull, dirty, dangerous work faster, safer, and cheaper, unlocking value for facility management and maintenance. Bob is passionate about designing and creating software-controlled robotic systems that keep people out of harm's way and save lives and has been called the "father" of Working Drones, drones that modify the physical environment. He holds 7 US Patents, has received numerous engineering, invention, and teaching awards, has published over 50 papers and articles, has spoken at multiple conferences and events, and appeared in numerous podcasts and webinars.
