ABSTRACT:
Do you want to be known in the C-suite with your organization as a project closer?
· Do you have challenges obtaining the goods and services you need to support your organizational goals?
· Do your contractors/outsource providers have trouble providing the services and products you want?
· What type of scope of work should you use for a services contract? For maintenance? Construction? Professional Services?
· Prescriptive or performance-based scope? What's the difference? How do you choose?
· Do you have challenges with cost estimating? Do actual costs exceed estimates? Do you experience a lot of change orders?
This presentation will provide strategies to better define scope of projects or services and to develop better estimates that hopefully lead to recognition by your organization’s leadership as an effective project closer.
